The time it takes to repair an instrument can vary depending on:
- the type of repair needed
- the type of instrument (new, old, acoustic, electric, etc)
- what the workload in the shop looks like
- if the shop is closed for tour time
The INQUIRY FORM is the best way to get in touch with us if you're looking for some questions answered (time, price, etc), or if the online calendar is closed. Let us know what you need:
- waitlist for a future appointment
- ask questions about price or types of repairs
- find a REFERENCE for one of our colleagues if we're on tour - so we can get you taken care of!
Yes, we offer a 30-day warranty on all repairs. If you experience any issues with your instrument within that time frame, bring it back and we will take care of it at no additional cost.
