We opened the books on 1/3 and we're already full. Please get your name on the waitlist or reach out to us with any questions.

Our CALENDAR will reflect any openings we have. 


If you don't see anything open, please feel free to join our WAITLIST. You will be contacted when we are putting new appointments on the calendar. 


YOU NAME IT! If it's generally in the fretted instrument category, we got you covered.  If we've never worked on it, we'll figure it out. 


YES we do help you build your pedalboards and racks. We're tour guys. Please send us your info in the Inquiry Form.


We're already stacked wall-to-wall with guitars, so we do not regularly accept amp and pedal repairs. We have references!


The time it takes to repair an instrument can vary depending on:


- the type of repair needed

- the type of instrument (new, old, acoustic, electric, etc)

- what the workload in the shop looks like

- if the shop is closed for tour time


If Andy and Kyle are on tour, there is a good chance we'll halt all appointments until we return.


If you have an instrument here that we won't be able to get to until we get home, you'll have a chance to come and grab it. 


Nope. We get more spam calls than guitar calls. 


We use the calendar & inquiry forms to establish contact and we'll reach out to you by email. Once we're setup for an apppointment, we'll certainly be happy to chat via call/text in addition to email.

Yes, we offer a 30-day warranty on all repairs. If you experience any issues with your instrument within that time frame, bring it back and we will take care of it at no additional cost.
