If you don't see any appointments, please join our WAITLIST or ASK A QUESTION.

You get a one-hour window with Andy or Kyle (maybe Ryan if you're lucky).

Inspections, string changes and basic setups can sometimes be completed within the hour. If there is more to be done or if you have to jet, you'll leave it with us.

If the calendar is booked or closed, the Waitlist is your next best option.

We check it frequently. We will reach out to you individually to schedule your repair when we have times open up, depending on the nature of your repair AND when we receive your inquiry. 

If it has strings, we got you! That's all jobs big and small. If it's something we've never worked on, we'll figure it out together.

Turnaround times depends on the following:

(1) Volume of work in the shop

(2) Nature of your repair

(3) Andy + Kyle touring schedules

You will receive regular updates on your instrument for the duration of your stay with us. 

If Andy and Kyle are both away from the shop, you can expect a pause on repairs. 

If we are a man down, we'll still be here and cranking as best we can

Once we have you in the shop we are happy to chat over the phone...just don't let us talk too much.
